Where posting limits come from
- Hedra Up sets no cap on posts, auto-schedules or total media storage. Plans only limit channels, file size and AI uses.
- TikTok limits each account to about 15 API posts a day (shared across all apps). YouTube has daily upload limits.
- When a platform rejects a post, your Calendar marks it failed with the platform’s error code so you know why.

Plan questions
- Is there a limit on how many posts I can publish?
- Not from Hedra Up, on any plan. The only limits are TikTok’s/YouTube’s.
- What if a platform rejects a post?
- Your Calendar shows the post as failed with the platform’s own error code. If you hit TikTok’s daily limit, wait until the next day and post again.
- How do I pay?
- Online through payOS (VietQR bank transfer). Your plan activates as soon as payOS confirms, lasts 1 month or 1 year, and never auto-renews: it returns to Free when it ends.
