Does Hedra Up post to social networks automatically yet?
Not yet. The first release covers accounts, the channel list, composing, scheduling and the calendar. Automatic posting to each network is Coming soon.
Why is my channel “Awaiting connection”?
Because connections to social networks are not open yet. You can still use the channel to prepare posts and your calendar.
Which time zone are scheduled times in?
Vietnam time (UTC+7).
Are the files I choose uploaded?
Not yet. Hedra Up currently stores file details only (name, type, size). Uploading files to storage is Coming soon.
Can other users see my posts?
No. Each account can only read and edit its own data.
How much does it cost?
Pricing has not been announced yet.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete posts in the Calendar and channels in Channels. For your rights as a data subject, see the Privacy policy.
